If you're like me, part of your concern is with the institutional approval of the evisceration of parental responsibility. This is a concern but I'm not sure movie rating systems are a good example of the problem. There are many cases where society or the law makes it more difficult for parents to control children. The movie rating system is at least supposed to help parents if they want to limit what their child is exposed to. Tim
