SBC based for a while between 22-24 area. But it's still not out of the water yet. Strong support at 22.60-22.70 area. Normally I do not buy a stock that is still basing. I prefer early breakout. But then it is what you feel comfortable with I guess. If you buy now, you have to make sure you have a good stop in place.
