I just heard Grey Davis has a new plan to solve the crisis. Apparently, the polls show recall succeeding. To avoid losing office this year, it has been decided that they can not get the ballots together for quite some time, something to do with some dude named 'Chad', used to be a judge, called him hanging Chad. Recall will have to be postponed due to technical difficulties.
