Do you imagine how much pain needs to be around so that people will agree to repealing Prop 13? <<<RE falls by an unimaginable 50%>>> It went up 100% in a few years. Why can't it fall back? RE easily can fall 25% just under its own weight (interest rates). Repealing Prop 13 can make another 25% (or more).
