OT You seeing any let up in refi's with the higher rates? With the mortgage madness the past 2 years, I'm surprised you've had time to trade, let alone follow the threads. "Nothing stays the same forever." Ok, fine print and confession time. As Tom has said, the real reason I let my accounts slip whilst overseas was all those Swedish babes. Friendly, intelligent, and like they walked straight out out of a Botticelli. They make a man wish he was young, handsome and single. And they're EVERYWHERE. Italian men, Swedish women.
