I'm telling you that the only way to handle a national debt is to outgrow it through cuts in taxes on capital, and that history (there's that word again) shows America doing precisely that since WWII-except what Clinton/Rubin bamboozeled the public into accepting their ruinous deflation.

Rubin had an excuse-he was a bond whore from Goldman Sachs. Clinton, for his part, was just a bumpkin chewing on a straw...
