Separate? Then why is the President trying to tie bin Laden and Al Qaeda to Iraq? He used the moral capital of the war in Afghanistan to justify the action in Iraq.

Yeah, Saddam is a madman. But most of the mass killing occurred when the US indicated it would support the rebels after Iraq War I, then left them to be slaughtered by Saddam. This under Bush Sr.
