Just because you got the return email doesn't necessarily mean you are the infected machine. Your email address was probably spoofed and gotten from one of your contacts address book. He/She is infected. From the link you posted. It may spoof the FROM field using email addresses found on the infected machine so that its email messages appear to originate from one source but was actually sent from another. TrendMicro is a well known anti-virus program. Use their online scanner from this page or you can visit Symantec or Mcafee. They both have online scanners. housecall.trendmicro.com
