Extremely low & all the top key employees own large share positions or options. They also have long-term employment contracts. It's all in the prospectus. I would assume there's some turnover at the lower levels, but that probably doesn't affect operations much. Given the revenue/income base they have to work with, I would imagine they can compete pay-wise with anyone else. The key though, as you point out, are the top guys and the creative folks, not the animators.

Being Vancouver-based has some advantages --not being in H-wood to compete with majors on personnel. They are regarded as one of the top spots up there, so that should help. There's bound to be turnover, but the upside is MFE can also pick-up top-notch folks. Anyway, I wouldn't worry about the top folks, their all appear to be large sharholders in for the long-run. Also, the nucleus of the creative side has been together for quite some time already.
