Grace,re:"96% of all income tax... top half...$26400". I bet those in the range of: '26400...80000' take more blow than those from the 'TOP, the billionaires...millionaires' as most of these 'middle class folks' has no 'tax avoiding schemes'. They make the statistics sounded like: 'the top earners pay 96% of all tax'.
