Hello, tony, No its not reasonable to assume that the losses from Ontro and PEC would be the same as the 1Q. Both companies are in different levels of development, therefore hard to tell how much each will spend on R&D and Marketing expenses, in the case of Ontro. Since they are both private companies, its almost impossible for me to find out. The losses could be more or could be less than the 1Q, I just don't know. Again the important development is how much earnings from operations improves, thats the only thing I or anyone should care about. The losses from equity in investments in PEC and Ontro figure is an accounting number(in other words, its non-cash) So it doesn't affect KNIC's operations and the ,all important cash flow.

Have you gotten a copy of the shareholders meeting video? Its a must see in order for you to see all the great things are little company is doing. Call up their PR firm at 310-278-4413 and ask for the Shareholder meeting video.

regards
Juan
