Ish, a colleague of mine who grew up in Green Bay, invented (and patented) a beer tap while attending the University of Wisconsin at Madison. The tap will pour a pitcher of beer in 9.5 seconds as opposed to 35 seconds for a normal tap. No head. He is close to commercializing the tap. A home town boy merely serving his community, so to speak. :)
