BMKS has been suffering from effects of post-Dot.Com meltdown syndrome. That included the demise of many of their strategic partners and included an old judgment that's still on the books from a company in England I believe.

I would imagine that they are finally getting the judgement matter cleared up (..it's Agenda Item #1 as I understand it..), then they can move on. All the other debts have been cleared away, and their Game Machines are OK to sell in GA and other areas now. I consider it a good sign that the company is solving its problems first and worrying about PRs, etc., later.

Some good news would probably have very positive effects on the share price. It seems to move with very little volume.

Most of us Longs are in "..collect cheap & hold.." mode. DYODD.
