We NEVER got a historical fundamental bottom in this recent bear market. NEVER Valuations outside of technology were far too high last October. They are even higher now. Technology stocks are outrageously overvalued unless we get a huge fundamental recovery. Other than that I agree with you. Dips have been and probably will be bought. RtS
