Guerilla fighting is asymmetrical warfare. Terrorism is distinct from guerilla fighting, because it does not primarily seek military advantage, but seeks to create horror and panic within the civilian population, primarily. By no one's definition is deliberately blowing up schoolchildren merely asymmetrical warfare. Sometimes a guerilla army will use terror tactics, but not characteristically.......
