Law suits Does anyone have any information on the class action shareholder suits? Specifically, has anyone seen their official complaint? What is the amount of damages being sought? This is probably a longer term problem for the stock price than the other big dangers (Lutts dumping or even continuing to quietly sell off the stock, possible SEC indictments, lackluster numbers, a potentially bearish market, etc.), however with a company that is this small, I would think a lawsuit like this could suffocate it yet the suit is getting very little attention. Any information as to the status? Has Lutts been sued (yet)?
