With the rising dollar - and falling foreign currencies - Central Banks will have no need to buy dollars to prevent a rise in their currencies.......Will thus have fewer dollars to invest in US Treasuries................and that would seem to point in the direction of falling - or at least, not rising - TNX/TYX prices...
