There are other factors as well. Population increases for one, rising real wages, conversion of low paying manufacturing and agriculture jobs for higher paying high tech jobs....

The main point is that the large increases in real estate prices evident in SV are not reflected in the majority of California.

I told you months ago that if you are going to assert prop 13 has caused home prices to rise then you should support your opinion with some data. In all these months you have yet to make your case. In fact, I’ve presented more evidence to help your case than you.
