I told you months ago that if you are going to assert prop 13 has caused home prices to rise then you should support your opinion with some data. In all these months you have yet to make your case. In fact, I’ve presented more evidence to help your case than you.

So this proves..... what exactly?

Is your point that my assertion that prop 13 caused prices to rise my key issue or something? Because it isn't.

The issue is: why should somebody who is 30 years old pay 5x what Warren Buffett pays in property taxes for the same property?

Who cares what caused prices to go up, I sure don't. I personally think Prop 13 was a key contributor but proving it is kindof like proving there were NOT WMD's in Iraq, you know?

Here comes the west nile virus, btw. Anybody without medical coverage should get pay-as-you-go treatment in my view. Let the tough love begin! Oh rats, people over 50 are the most vulnerable.
