First, that is pretty speculative. It is not as if there are reliable figures on such matters. Second, even if there is some increase in recruitment, that just means that the veterans are going to be killed. Third, you presume that sitting on our hands is a viable option. It is better to break up networks, incarcerate plotters, kill perpetrators, and seize assets then to let such a group flourish.........
