Well, of course it is worth a court case to someone, but on genuine constitutional grounds? Who in the world would take such offense as to make an issue of this? You forget, I have experienced being a Jew in a predominantly Christian country, and being a Roman Catholic in a predominantly Protestant country, and being someone with religious beliefs of any sort in a predominantly secular environment (academia). I have to say, my impression is that the attitude of the average secularist towards persons with religious conviction is much worse than the attitude of your average Christian towards Jews, or your average Protestant towards Catholics........
