Wow
How can you tell justice is "fair"? You can't, and it never really is. Personal prejudices always enter into it- but you certainly don't need to hammer in the fact that they do with symbols that favor one group over another in a court of law. I think Muslims might be quite upset to have their cases heard in courts that had all-Hindu symbolism. I think they might feel very discriminated. Even if judgment was "fair" if you could measure that sort of thing- do you think the Muslims would feel it was fair?
