Still the insider sell to buy ratio is at all time highs. I realize that insider selling is a form of compensation but it is not just the selling of stocks that concerns me. The other issue is the impending black scholes accounting treatment for options, some of the midsize companies are instructing their executives to think about cashing in if they have millions of unexercised options on the books. I know of 2 companies like that.
