No, don't count on that.<g> Zorro rob the rich to give to the poor. Robberies in China rob for themselves.

Although some people may go on a killing spree, like the one in ShanXi, who killed 14 corrupted officials in the local coal mine and their relatives, and admitted to the crime but not felt guilty about it. And his last words in court was hoping the gov. will punish those corrupted officials, otherwise, his soul/spirit would come back to hound them. A very sad story.
