Hey if taxing the rich is in vogue, maybe we can just tax the future governor's part-time resident financial advisor?

If he paid, say, $10 Billion in next year's taxes, maybe the government could figure out how to spend that money while paying off some big portion of Davis's misspent governance. Double dip, a noble governmental tradition after all.
