Notes for Holders Guilford Pharmaceuticals Inc (Nasdaq NM: GLFD) filed an S-3 Thursday after the market closed to register $69,354,000 of 5% Convertible Subordinated Notes due July 1, 2008 and 11,114,423 shares of common stock issuable upon conversion of the notes, for selling holders. The Company will not receive any of the proceeds of sales by the selling security holders of any of the securities.
