Ted, Everything I read about this recall election suggests that Californians are looking for someone to blame for the economic mess and for the general malaise in these United States. Davis makes the perfect fall guy. Turnabout is fair play. Davis tried to make Bush the fall guy for the economy, the 2001 power crisis, and the CA budget deficit. You'd think that would have worked in a huge Democratic stronghold, no? And to think that just a few years ago, Davis was seen as an honorable statesman and a potential presidential candidate. Now he's Velcro Man, and Bush didn't even need to break a sweat. Tenchusatsu
