Clinton himself said that when he left office, Saddam had WMD. What happened between then and the war? Think it's possible that Saddam hid, destroyed, or exported his WMD? Or do you think the WMD claim was "questionable" to begin with?

You guys like to point out that Clinton is a liar, a hypocrite, etc.. but you sure are quick to want to use him when it's convenient. Even if Clinton thought that there may have still been WMDs there, he sure would not have invaded the country at a time when UN inspectors were getting unprecedented access (yes, thanks to bush's show of force). Of course, at the time, it was said that we could not maintain troops there at Saddam's borders for a long time... <<ggg>>

And why do you think that is?

I don't believe Iraq is culturally ready for democracy. Saboteurs are only one aspect of the problem.
