What an incredibly self serving post, and I see all the usual suspects "congratulated" you with a bunch of attaboys.

You are a drain on the system, it is you who are a socialist trying to dump your expenses on your kids.

It must suck to be you, to feel that you need to pass laws to make your future liveable. How about going out and learning to WORK for a living, eh?

BTW if you think 2% of less than 2% is a "reasonable rate" of appreciation for services inflation in this economy you really are confused, or you went to schools where teachers are paid 30K/year in a region where it costs about double that to live a quality life. Now where would that be? LOL.
