I heard that too recently. That Japan is finally experiencing an economic recovery. Yeah! :-)

But, keep in mind that one of the reasons that Crosswave filed for BK is because they said that data transmission was getting too competitive and rates were coming down. IIJI is in a very competitive space. Hard to make money in that sort of environment, even if the overall economy is improving.

I'm glad I sold it. Look at what it's doing today. I do think the risk/reward in IJII is pretty bad right now. There's a pretty good risk that they'll either announce a dilutive recapitialization or will file for bankruptcy within the next few months. Then, the stock will plument to around $1. Careful!

I will keep an eye on it though. If they do get new financing and it looks like BK isn't coming anytime soon, it will definitely be worth getting back in.
