Hehe. Please...Wesley Clark is the friggin' Vulturian Candidate. He thinks he smells the stench of death and is trying to locate a carcass. Of course he hasn't found it, and that is why he has not yet declared his candidacy. The man does not have enough conviction to run regardless of Bush's strength. That spells it out right there.
