Governor Grey Davis has publicly stated that he carries with him (including into the Governor's office) a card which reads 'Nothing will happen to me today that the Lord and I can't handle together.'

Isn't this exclusionary? Isn't it indicative of bias? Shoudn't it make people feel uncomfortable?

There were vociferous media criticisms of Rumsfield for holding voluntary prayer meetings in his office. Where's the outcry against Davis?
