Searched Google "Windows shutdown", found more things than I can handle.

The Microsoft documentation is out of this world. I did most of the easy things (not fooling with registry) and still no change.

I think I will learn to live with this.

But, if someone by some alignment of stars (or keystrokes)finds the solution, please let me know.
