If one sincerely thinks there is a First Amendment issue, I can hardly object to litigation. Not liking it, though, does not make it a First Amendment issue, so I suppose it depends on what you think the issue is, whether it should be taken to court.
I will say, I was not aware of the extent of Judge Moore's antics until last night, and I can see that he might have invited this, upon reflection. He does seem to be a buffoon. Maybe he baited everyone more than I realize. I have been mostly reading French papers on- line, recently, and skimming the Post, so I really was not reading deeply on this matter, and only knew the essentials. |
