MMTIF looks shaky with a very weak balance sheet. I would look at NVEC with a profitable P&L and solid balance sheet thanks to deep pockets investors MOT and CY. Also, NVEC has watershed patents in the spintronics/MRAM chip space. Plus the stock has a very tiny 1 million share float.
