Looks like TELM might be good for a 20% move when the final merger deal is announce. The market does have an uncanny way of correctly valuing stocks ahead of these types of transactions. If the deal was worth a lot more, the market would account for that and TELM would be trading higher. But, based on what you posted, a move to the $1.00 area once the deal is finalized seems like a reasonable expectation to me.
