jim:

i really shouldn't have included your name as Matt Collins would have been much more appropriate...you have made yourself very clear in the fact that you believe mgmt has made some terrible decisions and that a natural succession is in order....mgmt has shown a very strong disposition towards avoiding anything that might question their performance in any way (perhaps we will all be told to sell our shares this year)

the reason why my posts seem to be swaying in the wind recently is because imo, the wind keeps changing with respect to dmx....from what i can see at this time, the pros don't have the collective will to make changes....it takes a monumental effort on the part of shareholders to unseat a deeply entrenched mgmt team that wants to hold its ground...the dmx shareholders appear to not have that resolve....i believe that the existing management will become increasingly entrenched as time goes on due to the fact that mgmt can continue to issue tens of millions of shares to friendly hands for the oxo purchase

i believe existing mgmt has never been overly concerned about time lines because it is not necessary for them to achieve milestones in any specified timeframe

the frustration for existing shareholders is that we don't have the information that should be available to us and we all have our own agendas in regards to timing....i don't know of one shareholder other than mgmt that is not concerned with the past performance in regards to timelines

i personally don't expect existing mgmt to change its agenda unless forced to do so...since i now believe that existing mgmt will not be held accountable by shareholders or the bod, i have made the decision to dispose of my investment as soon as possible...i have no idea when that time will be, but it will be done in such a way as to not effect the market because that would be financial suicide...the large shareholder that recently had the 900,000 shares on the offering obviously came to the same conclusion that there are no buyers out there...we can only hope that the call from mgmt to the seller provided enough "happy" inside info to make the seller hang around to see if the promises are kept this time

i hope the very best for dmx while i continue to hold my shares...after that, my interest in dmx will simply fade away because there are other things to do that are much more rewarding
