Also, we are talking about 2 different sides of the curve - I am talking about going up the front side of the bubble and you are talking about going down the back side of the bubble. That is precisely the point I am making - now we are in the phase of going up the front side of a new bubble.

And we will overshoot on this bubble just like all the past bubbles. Nothing wrong with that IMO. All we have to do now is just climb on board - the train is leaving the station. The next step in this process is to decide when we need to get off the train.

People have differing opinions on when the right time will occur to get off the train. I have seen numbers ranging from 2004 to 2007/8. Maybe the truth lies somewhere in between.

If we all contribute our feelings and expertise to this process of hitting the bottoms and the tops of these cycles, we might all make a little more money than by acting alone - at least that is my hope.
