Hi Arnie. Since I don't run with the momentum crowd, I am not looking for blackout related plays. These stocks have enjoyed a quick 25-50% quick bounce and are now ready to reverse without fuel to keep the rally going.

Although I know that you've owned this stock prior to the blackout, I expected to find a stock that's about to fall out of the momentum playlist. I didn't expect that I would like ARTX and find positives, specially after reading that they've managed to retain their listing only through debentures and warrants.

Ken W. had the stock pegged at going to a buck at around July or so. Good call, as usual.

Updating Ken's forecast, there's heavy resistance at 1.01 and 1.05. Technical breakout above 1.05.

On fundamentals, this is a timely stock. Management has made the right connections to get the co. out of financial hot water, making the risk/reward ratio attractive.

This is a high risk play, but it could pay off handsomely. So, I would like to add it to the folio if someone can suggest a stock to drop, making room for ARTX.
