Jacob, Israel could copy the international law about enemy combatants which the USA has created with Guantanamo Bay and simply catch Arafat, and a lot more besides, and lock them up interminably behind the new wall that's being built. They could put another three sides on a section and keep thousands in there. Anyone they decide they don't like, just lock them up. No need for habeas corpus, trials, rule of law [other than the jungle] or those boring and expensive details of modern life in the semi-civilized world. Okay, /rant off... Mqurice
