The US is the occupying army -- there is no other occupying power except the US GST, when did Great Britain join the Union? I must have missed it. The Brits are occupying Basra, did you forget that? You seem unclear on the difference between 'unilateral' and 'lead'. The US lead its allies in the campaign against Iraq. Since it did have allies, the campaign was not unilateral.
