Ray: What I'm talking was even around before that (my link). Details my thinking what a bill has to go through very well. Gov't programs sometimes can be considered malicious competition. Any other company would have gone bankrupt long ago. The people need solutions. Arnold was quick to notice in Calif. It's up to him if he has answers. If he does, he will rise again. uky.edu
