Since you think you're better than everyone, and since you think all Muslims should be killed, and since you think our troops are overpaid, that makes you an elitist, war-mongering, murdering, subversive, commie. It's a simple as that.

And polls now show Bush at pre-9-11 approval levels. So it's over for Bush unless he can manage to steal the next election. Given his track record for theft, it's highly likely he'll win again. Otherwise, you'd better select the DEM you hate the least and support him all the way to the White House. Otherwise, you might be governed by the DEM you hate most.
