You have been hoaxed. Amos Oz interviewed an Israeli officer who remained anonymous. Amos Oz has said many times that it was NOT Arik Sharon, and this interview doesn't sound anything like Arik Sharon if you know how he actually talks. Of course, that hasn't stopped various anti-Zionists from sticking Arik Sharon's name on it and zapping it around the Internet.
