Mark - MMTIF.OB
while I do like Canadian companies (still have my TSE:DSA - Dalsa for example) I cannot recommend MMTIF due to a variety of reasons..

1) Development stage - NO REVENUES
2) Where's the CASH FLOW ??
3) Concept not proven

exactly what I do not want to invest in. Thsese publicly listed venture firms are probably good buys at the end of a bubble certainly not now.. I want something that can stay in business indefinitely on it's own... my take : thumbs down, I'll pass on this one..

If you like nvRAM designs - here is one with recurring sales and new designs: SRAM.OB - Simtek - it traded for $0.20 this year but rose to $0.70 recently. A tad expensive, if their new 1Mbit design is sold in quantities, sales could really go up, plus they have a little known SiGe design shop (called Quantum Dot) plus they are offering FCPGA to ASIC conversion tools..
