I nonconcur, it turns out that any publicity is good publicity in the modern world. It's uncanny how this works. I'll bet that Fox News ratings get a little boost out of this flap. And that's good for advertising revenues.

Surely Fox didn't hope to win such a frivolous suit. But I'm calculating that they were calculating on getting some attention over the matter.

Al Franken should send the Fox lawyers a case of champagne. "Lies and the Lying Liars who Tell Them" is #1 at Amazon.
