INTC is going to come out with 64 bits soon, think about all the possibilities, don't worry about the competitions, INTC need AMD and CYRX around otherwise anti-trust will come after its butt. Any time is a good time to buy INTC. I don't know about DELL, like I said it is a bit pricy now and we can't easily predict that it can out-grow others. If DELL is still report good quarter earning in Q4, then I will load it up. Anyway good luck.
