I wonder how come our local criminals haven't figured out how to hold America's pipelines for ransom? Could it be because there is rule of law here? Where is it written that there cannot be rule of law established in Iraq? Oh yes, I know, it's been four months already, so it's clearly hopeless.

I can just imagine what you would have sounded like in 1942.
