I wouldn't put it past the neocons to scheme anything. They clearly have no qualms about ripping off the Treasury or consumers and putting the money into their own pockets in offshore accounts for black ops or whatever. This is the Iran-Contra/Enron/Halliburton mentality. Similar guys running things now who ran Iran-Contra. And people wonder why the world distrusts Bushies? 9-11 was a GIFT to these guys. A perfect excuse to return to the bad old days of the Cold War and exert their controls. No wonder they're not even trying to catch Osama. They dont want the "war on terror" to end, ever. If we had peace they'd have no excuses anymore.
