Puddle: So why did Henry Ford's Model A sell millions in 1934 at a cost of 495 dollars? It made the average man afford a motor car. The 1930's were the rise of the industrial might of the US, GB and Germany. Hardly what I would call hard times.

Too much money is wasted on low end trashy people. They just drink more gin and beat their wives. Better they should stand in bread lines for a spell and dry out.
